If you receive a defective physical product (user error and e-items not included), you can return the product and get a full refund, less a 30% restocking fee, or exchange the product for another one of exact cost.
You can return a physical product for up to 10 days from the date of delivery.
All stickers are hand-inspected twice before shipping.
Buyer must pay return shipping for all returns and/or exchanges.
Buyer must ship return/exchange items by end of 10 day period after shipment tracking has indicated the package arrived.
All digital products (e-books, e-cards, etc) are not subject to refunds.
